As strategic marketers we are the voice of the guest, ensuring the concept is positioned to be profitable. As publicists, we are aware throughout the process of how we will tell the story of the new concept. Every concept is unique, fresh, engaging and meaningful.
We work with designers, architects & consultants to ensure that the unit works operationally and not only looks pretty.
We focus on full restaurants. (We do all that other stuff, too.) Our approach to ongoing restaurant marketing and public relations is integrated.
