Soeren Hansen is the entrepreneurial force behind THE RESTAURANT KOMPANI and key liaison

between Brand owners, Operators, Developers, Franchise operations and Investors,

working directly with key stakeholders to align strategy programs, creating individual and

stand-alone restaurants and ensuring a profitable F&B operation from the time of

incubation to operating the restaurant.

He brings with him more than 30 years of experience in concept creation, branding, project management, hotel management, restaurant operations and private club administration.

Moving out of his native Denmark in 1982 and has lived in Germany, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Russia, UAE and Maldives and done business in many more and held corporate positions with a number of very recognizable brands such as IHG, Jumeirah/JRG, Shangri-La, Rotana, Sheraton, Renaissance & Langham.

Soeren has operated food and beverage locations with revenues surpassing the US$ 35 million and profits exceeding 40%, is very adept at increasing profits, revenue and market share and at introducing improvements to customer service and efficiency.

Over the year’s numerous concepts has been created both freestanding and within hotel premises and in main part of these projects has been involved in the entire creation from concept to finished and opened operation.

He can develop and introduce policies and procedures that increases revenue, negotiate contracts with suppliers and formulate effective strategic business development plans, analyse existing operations and create IP manuals in order  to  branch out.
